The List of Declarant Public Officials, who Failed to Submit their Appointment Declarations as of July 24 of 2018, is Being Published

The Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, in the outcomes of declaration submission requirements checking process, has summarized the data of public officials, who has not submitted their appointment declarations as of July 24 of 2018.
19 public officials have not submitted their appointment declarations after the 30 day deadline, the list of whom is being published.
In this regard, proceedings on administrative offence cases have been instituted in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 169.28 of the RA Code on Administrative Offences (by the characteristics of failing to submit the declaration envisaged by the RA Law on “Public Service” within the time prescribed by the Law on “Public Service” to the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials).
At the same time, 8 declarant public officials have not submitted their annual declarations for 2017 as of July 24 of 2018.
In case of failing to submit the declarations by the outcomes of the proceeding on the administrative offence, the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, in accordance with Article 44 of the RA Law on “Public Service”, will forward the case materials to the RA Prosecutor General’s Office by the obvious characteristic of the failure to submit the declaration.
